A Law graduate from Delhi University, he joined his Family Law firm at first and later moved to specialize in Intellectual Property Rights. He was not only a sought after attorney on IPR but also a known trainer in the Test-Prep arena on National Law Schools. His association with the country’s leading education corporate, Career Launcher India Ltd. brought many laurels for him and the company.

An Alumni of Birla institute of Technology and Science, Aadesh started his career at Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) in 1985 as C-DOT had just started a movement that would later revolutionize the electronics and telecom sector in India. As an executive assistant to its founder Sam Pitroda, where he got exposed to setting up an organization from scratch and building a work culture that was alien to the controlled economy in India. Later he moved to the Human Resource Development group where he made contributions to training, organization development and was involved in many change initiatives.

As the Indian economy started to open up, Aadesh moved as the Head of HR of a start up firm, Hughes Software Systems (HSS), in 1992.Aadesh was a Board Director in Aricent (India) and Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources of Aricent (earlier Hughes), in his last role.

Since 2001, he has been an active volunteer of the Art of Living Foundation. He is also a Teacher for the APEX Course (Achieving Personal Excellence). He has just started a project for design of HR systems and practices that would work well in a volunteer based NGO involved in humanitarian and social transformation activities.

Aadesh is an angel investor and a Board Member with People Strong HR Services and Making India Employable (MIE). Earlier he served on the Board of JobsAhead.com, which became the #1 job site in India. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of engineering and business schools. Aadesh has been recognized by the industry through several awards including the Top5-CIO Award for Innovation in IT for HRD and the Best HR Manager in India by National HRD Network in its Annual Convention.

He realized counseling and training people was his true calling and left Legal profession to join training full-time in 2001. He has trained thousands of students across India and is a guest faculty at leading schools and colleges. His area of expertise range from English to personality development, law to business administration, GRE, GMAT, Speed reading, Counseling students and coaching & mentoring working professionals at leading corporate.

Passionate about Training, he co-founded MIE Educational Services Pvt Ltd a few years back.
